The TV and streaming landscape is in flux. Viewer behaviors are shifting rapidly, tech innovation is accelerating, and economic constraints are forcing hard choices. For operators and providers alike, success increasingly hinges on how well they can adapt—quickly, flexibly, and at scale.

Streaming is no longer just about delivering content. It’s about aggregating fragmented sources into coherent user experiences, blending live, on-demand, and short-form video with personalized recommendations and monetized touchpoints. As subscription fatigue grows, audiences are gravitating toward ad-supported models and bundled offers. Meanwhile, AI is reshaping the value chain—from content curation to dynamic ad insertion—bringing new precision to personalization and monetization alike.
